Tara is a supply chain social responsibility expert who has worked for industry associations, brands, Business for Social Responsibility and the World Bank (IFC) to improve labor conditions through training business leaders and enforcing labor standards and policies.
Tara was previously the Vice President of Program Management at the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (Now the Responsible Business Alliance) where she directed the Validated Audit Process for manufacturer audits and the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative for mineral traceability.
Leaving no stone unturned in assuring human rights, Tara:

advised the development of labor and human rights standards in the electronics, consumer goods and agriculture sectors
benchmarked civil society views on a human rights framework for deforestation
opened the Hong Kong office of Business for Social Responsibility
provided IFC’s technical assistance to Better Work, a joint initiative with the ILO that brings together governments, global brands, factory owners, unions, and workers to improve working conditions in the garment industry
Tara holds a BA in History from Stanford University and a Masters in International Human Rights Law from the Fletcher School at Tufts. She is fluent in Spanish.
Jennie McCarthy is President of Ethos Matters LLC. She is a legal compliance and social sustainability expert with deep experience in corporate strategy and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management across a range of product and service sectors.
She has supported industry initiatives to promote safer, healthier workforces and safer products. She served as the Co-Chair of the American Apparel and Footwear Associations (AAFA) Product Safety Committee from 2017-2022. Her corporate experience covers consumer products, cosmetics, and healthcare, and her legal experience includes US customs compliance and public health policymaking.
Jennie has advised LVMH, DKNY and G-III on ESG, managed social responsibility compliance for PVH, and advised industry collaborations on product safety practices. She has traveled extensively to visit production sites in Asia and the Americas and to conduct training for corporate managers.
She is a graduate of New England Law and has a management master’s degree (ALM) from Harvard Extension School in sustainability and environmental finance. She is a graduate of Denison University.
Pam Bolton is a public health expert who has worked both globally and in the US to expand the delivery of quality healthcare among underserved populations, with a focus on emerging and frontier markets.
She has most recently served as senior vice president for global health and social impact at Tech Care for All, a digital health company that increases access to continuing medical education. Prior to that she was vice president for strategy and innovation at Concern Worldwide U.S., a development and humanitarian organization.
Pam’s focus has been on initiatives advancing prevention and care in the areas of contraception, maternal/newborn health, HIV/TB, and noncommunicable diseases delivered via public and private sector health networks as well as corporate sustainability programs.
She led a multi-country program funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to help mothers and children access care in low-resource settings.
She also led advisory services at GBCHealth, an alliance of businesses committed to a healthier world. She supported Fortune 500 companies in the health care, pharma/med tech, mining, energy and professional services sectors to strengthen their social investments and sustainable business strategies.
Pam has been a guest lecturer for Northwestern University, University College London and Dartmouth College. She holds an MBA in international business strategy from Baruch Zicklin School of Business and an MHS in Maternal & Child Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University. Pam is fluent in French.
